This evening Palazzo offers a four course meal plus a red rose for every lady.



Starters

Wild Mushroom Soup

Maryland Crab Cakes - over organic greens with a ginger sesame dressing

Caesar Salad - crispy Romaine hearts with a Pancetta anchovy dressing & garlic croutons

Rusticana Salad - organic greens, gorgonzola cheese, raisins, walnuts & tomatoes with
balsamic vinaigrette

Bruschetta - toasted Tuscany bread with Roma tomatoes, basil and extra virgin olive oil

New Zealand Mussels - with a saffron cream sauce


Pasta Course

Penne alla Vodka - penne tossed with a pink vodka sauce,
peas & prosciutto

Lobster and Asparagus Ravioli - with a gorgonzola cream sauce


Entrees

Pollo alla Brianna - chicken breast with sun dried tomatoes, roasted red peppers
in a balsamic vinegar reduction

Veal Palazzo - veal scaloppini sautéed with artichoke hearts, sun dried tomatoes
in Madeira wine sauce

Three Musketeers - chicken breast, veal scaloppini & jumbo shrimp
sautéed in a white wine lemon sauce

Grilled Veal chop - with a vintage port wine sauce, garlic mash potatoes
and sautéed spinach

Chilean Sea bass - pan roasted over vegetable risotto, lemon caper sauce

Salmon - pan roasted salmon with artichoke hearts, tomatoes & peas with a white wine lemon sauce,
whipped potatoes

Risotto - Italian rice tossed with rock shrimp, asparagus, Percino Romano,
and a touch of cream & saffron


Choice of dessert, coffee or tea
