are blended together and baked in a cookie dough crust.

Caramel Apple Tart - $8
Made with Granny Smith apples layered with cream cheese, brown
sugar, caramel and spices, topped with vanilla gelato.

Tiramisu - $7
a very light Italian Mascarpone cheese is mixed
with espresso coffee and placed between thin sponge cake layers
of Ladyfingers topped with premium imported cocoa.

Crème Brûleé - $8
a sweet egg custard made with cream and fresh vanilla beans,
topped with a layer of caramelized sugar.

Key Lime Mousse - $8
A graham cracker crust is the foundation for this tropical treat, heavy
cream is blended with Florida key lime juice for a tart, not overly sweet
key lime mousse decorated with fresh lime zest.

Chocolate Lava Cake - $8
This is a delightful chocolate experience of erupting ganache over a
mountain of moist chocolate cake.

California Carrot Cake - $7
an all-American cake with fresh eggs, raisins, diced walnuts and
sweet California carrots. This moist cake is finished with a sweet butter &
cream cheese frosting.
